Personnel Training and Selection

Our technicians are fully trained in-house and receive frequent refresher training courses thereafter. All employees are routinely checked by "Disclosure Scotland"  to meet with today's high security demands, giving you, our clients the assurance and confidence that they can work in any high security environment.

All services are fully supervised: the company employs engineers, cleaning technicians, contract controllers, and supervisors in addition to its operational directors and management staff.

Inventory Registration

As many companies do not hold an accurate record of their IT assets, it has become part of our standard procedure, in conjunction with our services, to provide a full register of all your IT equipment, giving each client the benefit of knowing what equipment you have and its location.

Maintenance Guarantee

Established in 1980, we are justly proud of our company's reputation and achievements in attaining and maintaining our Operational Excellence, if for any reason you are not satisfied with the service received, report it within 48 hours, and we will rectify your complaint at no extra cost.
